2010 Boiling Schedule
- The 2010 Sugaring Season is in full swing. Be sure to check our blog for what has been going on this season.

This evening we boiled just over .1 gallons/tap from what has run the past 3 days. It looks like tonight will get cold enough to "reset" the trees and get the sap flowing again. If the weather cooperates this week, we'll plan to be boiling on Saturday. Stay tuned for updates.
