2012 Boiling Schedule

- We boiled most of the day yesterday and made our first batch of syrup for the 2012 season. It was a great tasting, very light amber - perfect for maple candy and maple cream.
Temps should rise toward the middle of the week. If the forecast doesn't change, we expect to be boiling at the end of this week and on the weekend.
